Council Approval
Virtually all sheds in the Jimboomba area will require as a minimum a Logan City Council Building Approval. At your request, our private certifier can handle this for your shed building project.
If you find that what you want to build falls outside council’s standard rulings then some form of relaxation will be required. This may be due to the size of your shed, it’s proximity to the boundaries or perhaps you are wanting to build in an area zoned by council as requiring management of vegetation.
We have a great deal of experience in dealing with council in these cases and with our certifier will be able to prepare and lodge appropriate paperwork and plans direct with Logan City Council Town Planning.
